  • Pricing is tiered. Plans start from USD 19 per month for the first 100 cards. Go to our pricing page to get more information.

  • We use a number of data centres around the globe, including USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia. You can also nominate a data centre (from a list) if you require your data to be domiciled in a particular country or region.

  • Yes, the language displayed to a user will be that of their browser if that language is available. We currently support all of the major languages, with more coming soon!

  • Yes, by a csv upload, or via API.

  • Our current pricing is on the basis of month-to-month contracts, so you don’t need to enter into a long-term commitment. If your organisation would prefer an annual pricing structure, we can negotiate this on request.

  • Identity cards are used for various purposes, from building access to proving age to getting a bank loan. You get to configure the purposes of sharing, and then link those purposes to what data is displayed on the identity card.

  • Create your ID cards via the Admin Portal, by CSV file upload, or via API.

  • In the Admin Portal, you will see a URL and a QR code, which you can broadcast to your team. When team members click the URL link or scan the QR code, they can sign up and set their credentials for their newly created Digital ID Card.
